IT ALL STARTED WHEN…

Frustrating digestive issues and other symptoms had me feeling far from my normal self -chronic bloating and digestive discomfort, food intolerances, fatigue, low energy, constipation, migraines, post birth control PCOS followed by gut-wrenching menstrual cramps and adult acne, you name it I had it! All the while I was following the “perfect” diet I learned in nursing school - low fat, low salt, based on the infamous food pyramid. I have abandoned and forgotten the traditional nutritional wisdom I was brought up with growing up in Poland, filled with simplicity, beautiful healthy fats (gotta love that real butter) and cultured veggies. I felt terrible more often than not, and went on a search for answers. When conventional medicine didn’t provide any I started seeking alternative solutions.

On my quest to better health I found a chiropractor who practiced nutritional therapy. I learned how to heal holistically using mainly traditional whole foods. Little by little, I started changing what I eat, what I cook and serve to my family, how I move, and how I approach stress. Eventually I started to see real change happening in my body and in my life. I enrolled in Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner program through Nutritional Therapy Association and obtained my Holistic Nurse Board Certification. That was followed by Root Cause Protocol and Restorative Wellness Solutions training.

My passion now is to help other women who are struggling with frustrating gut and PMS symptoms or PCOS, heal their health concerns and regain their vitality through targeted, functional testing, real-food nutrition and simple life style changes.

Healthy living doesn’t have to be difficult or stressful. It’s about creating a simple, wholesome, nourished lifestyle.
