Chronic bloating. Fatigue that no amount of sleep fixed. Hormonal chaos - PCOS, cramps, acne. I was following the textbook "healthy" diet I learned in nursing school and getting worse.

What finally changed things wasn't another protocol. It was going back to basics - real food, proper nutrition foundations, the kind of traditional wisdom I grew up with in Poland and had completely abandoned.

That experience is why I do this work the way I do.

I'm Kate - a Holistic Registered Nurse and Nutritional Therapist.

I spent years in conventional healthcare before training in Functional Nutritional Therapy, Root Cause Protocol, and Restorative Wellness Solutions. That combination of clinical training and functional nutrition is what makes my approach different.

I don't guess. I don't hand you a generic meal plan. I look at what's actually happening in your body - your digestion, your minerals, your metabolism, your hormones - and we build from there.
